LZ1DPN-CW3 14 MHz CW Transceiver

UNDERCONSTRUCTION!
I have some problems with DDS made from Si570. When connect transmitter
DDS becomes unstable. I will need more time , or redesign DDS with AD9833.

LZ1DPN-CW2 QRP Transceiver with Si5351

QRP transceiver LZ1DPN-CW2 for 3.5, 5, 7, 10 and 14 MHz CW operation. This transceiver is based on Small Wonder Labs SW 30/40 schematics. I also use parts from my other projects - EK1A homebrew copy LZ1DPN-CW1, with some changes in schematics and source code.

This is 5W QRP transceiver. Receiver work on all HF BANDS, but transmitter have band limitation from LPF and driver transistor BD139. RF amplifier from IRF510 is tested and worked well to 10W RF Power (on 10 and 7 MHz), but need more cooling, and power consumption is slightly high. Now transmitter is optimized and locked to 14MHz  with ~4-5W CEP RF power.

My temporary best DX QSO record with this transceiver on 7 MHz (my QTH locator is KN32SN) is: with EF8U - 4161km. EA8BMG - 4161km  (Gran Canaria Isle), EF0F, EF5T, EA5WU, EA1RKV - 2696km, EC5CR - 2695km (Spain),  MD0CCE - 2667km (Isle of Man), R70SRC - 2634km (Russia).

My last contest with this QRP transceiver from locator KN32SN:
"His Majesty The King of Spain CW Contest 2017"

Homebrew copies of Small Wonder Labs SW20, and EK1A in my shack.

LZ1DPN-CW1 QRP CW transceiver

HomeBrew modified EK1A (Small Wonder Labs SW40 China cloning) CW QRP transceiver

Schematic diagram (now transceiver have another one stage at RF amplifier with IRF510 - like my other CW projects):

5W PA - Part from Farhan's JBOT amplifier (this amplifier is not used now):

With this LPF and PA, now transceiver work well in transmit mode on 3.5 , 5, 7, 10 MHz for other band You should to recalculate LPF ( http://www.calculatoredge.com/electronics/ch pi low pass.htm ).
